We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — "LGPD").

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need in order to respond to a business inquiry:

Information you provide directly:

  • full name

  • email address

  • phone or WhatsApp number

  • company name

  • answers to business qualification questions, such as the nature of your business and your expected investment timeframe

  • anything you choose to write in a message to us

Information collected automatically when you browse our website:

  • IP address, browser type and device

  • pages visited and time spent

  • traffic source (for example, whether you arrived from an advertisement)

We do not collect sensitive personal data, banking details, government identification documents, or information about minors. If you send us any of these unprompted, we may delete them.

3. How we collect it

4. How we use it

We use your data solely to:

  1. respond to your request and send datasheets, proposals and quotations;

  2. contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about the product you asked about;

  3. understand which business profiles are interested in our machines, in order to improve our advertising and materials;

  4. comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations, including export requirements.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that affects you, nor to build behavioural profiles beyond the business qualification described above.

5. Legal basis

We process your data under the LGPD on the following bases:

  • Consent (art. 7, I) — when you voluntarily complete a form or send us a message;

  • Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) — to respond to a commercial inquiry you initiated and to maintain the business relationship;

  • Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II) — where required by law.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

We share data only with service providers that make our operation possible:

7. Cookies and measurement tools

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, audience measurement and advertising campaign measurement, including tools provided by Meta and Google.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This will not prevent you from using the site, but some features may be affected.

8. International transfer

M&A is located in Brazil. By sending us your information, you acknowledge that it will be transferred to and processed in Brazil, including if you are located in another country such as the United States.

Brazil's data protection framework (LGPD) grants rights comparable to those described in section 10. The platforms we use, such as Meta, operate servers in multiple countries and carry out international transfers under their own policies.

9. How long we keep it

10. Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:

  • confirmation that we process your data;

  • access to the data we hold about you;

  • correction of incomplete or outdated data;

  • anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;

  • portability of your data to another provider;

  • information about who we share your data with;

  • withdrawal of consent, at any time;

  • objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We respond within 15 days.

If you are outside Brazil, we will honour access and deletion requests on the same terms, regardless of which local law applies to you. You do not need to cite a specific statute — simply tell us what you want us to do.

11. How we protect it

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure — including restricting access to authorised personnel and using platforms with encrypted connections.

No system is completely secure. In the event of a material security incident, we will notify affected individuals and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as required by the LGPD.

12. Opting out

To stop receiving commercial communications, simply reply to any message asking to be removed, or write to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We action the request free of charge and without asking for a reason.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the channels available to us.
